At Texas Panhandle Centers, we care for and serve children and adults diagnosed with behavioral health conditions (mental health illness and substance use), intellectual and developmental disabilities, and children with developmental delays from birth to three years of age by offering assessment services, case management, crisis support, day habilitation, and an array of other treatment and support services.
